| Senators, Next year marks the 10th anniversary of Roi Abélard's reign. These have been 10 glorious years, a decade of economic growth, social and scientific progress and national renewal. Throughout it all Roi Abélard has been there as the symbol and driving force behind this progress. His wise and judicious mind is matched only by his indefatigable and indomitable spirit. We proposed to celebrate our King and his reign by renaming a city in his honour. Henceforth the city of Trest in La Tondelle shall be known as Abélardville.
