| By virtue of this bill, the BÖNING Car Factory (val. Fabryka Samochodów BÖNING) shall be established as the privately owned joint-stock company with the of the Government of the Republic of Valruzia owning 3.5% of shares of the newly established corporation - BÖNING Car Factory S.A.. The ownership structure of the BÖNING Car Factory S.A. shall be as follows: - Institutional Investors (BÖNING Car Factory S.A.) - 89.5% (Masionette11) - Private Investors (OOC: e.g. player from a country) - 7% - Government of the Republic of Valruzia - 3.5% The BÖNING Car Factory S.A. shall be headquartered in Hel, CHynberg Voivodeship.
