Description[?]:

Instead of letting homeowners or the government to decide on the value of homes subject to eminent domain followed by lengthy and expensive court cases, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport has decided to reform that and establish the Court of Eminent Domain, where candidates (regular people on the street, 1 justice per each province) are elected by the people to serve as justices for a term of 5 years. These independent justices will then set the eminent domain costs for homes subject to eminent domain however, either party (the government or the homeowner) may appeal.

This bill will eradicate any biased decisions, reduce spending for courts and reduce wasted time in the judicial system from lengthy court cases concerning eminent domain.
