| Collegues, seeing such a discriminatory situation: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=7766&p=127878#p127357 to response to this appeal to the World: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=26&p=127881#p127881 And furthermore, due to the declared support of this suprematist regime in New Englia for the Monarchist faction in the Statrican Civil War, led by an authocratic "King" which hides his desire for the absolute control on Statrica behind the excuse of the "defence of the national unity", which is accused also of war crimes and which introduced a constitution which bans any opposition (info here: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=7498&start=20#p127625) Liberty and Progress wants propose to the Parliament this resolution to establish sanctions and an embargo against New Englia to hit the economic leadership which is the political and religions one as well. The nation export its row material and agrifood products mainly in Artania and Majatra, for this reason Istalia should take this position to limit the import in Istalia and in our continent to hit directly the powerful minority of Inglians that control the nation oppressing the onglians. This is a measure also to oppose the most extremist religious position expressed by the dominant minority, obscurantistic positions not suitable for moder times and which cannot but worsen the already several social and cultural divisions between the two communities. With this resolution, which have force as a law, the Istalian Republic officially imposes trade ed economical sanctions, including an embargo, on the Republic of New Englia. This resolution forbid to export and mainly import goods, services or funds in New Englia. This resolution authorizes the Istalian Republic to deny the validation of New Englian Visa, in incoming as outgoing, for all the nationals as well as foreign citizens except if there is a request of political asylum. Istalia refuse to authorize landing of planes and docking of ships of New Englian origin, except if there is an emergency or if come a request of political asylum. Any violation of this disposition is punishable by fines and prison sentences, commensurate with the gravity of the infringement, as well as can also result in a trial for minor treason for acts against the national interest. If the Parliament give their authorization for a special bill, presented by the Government as well as by a party, Istalia is authorized to organize, partecipate or funds humanitarian mission in favor of the discriminated population of New Englia. Finally, the Istalian Government reserves the right to authorize activities in support of the discriminated new englian population: the people involved in such activities and their actions are not punishable by the provisions of this law. The Istalian Foreign Ministry and the Trade and Industry Ministry are authorized to establish an inter-ministrial committee which should work to determine if there are products which come from New Englia and product and sell from Onglians. This committee resevers the rights to authorize such products to enter in Istalia and to be commercialized and to collect the revenue to be sent directly to the accounts of the Onglians producers or on special funds to support the civil rights organizations active in New Englia to promote the end of the aparthaid regime. The way or the ways to get in touch with Onglians productors or New Englian Civil Rights promoters will be established at the discretion of the committee and of the Foreign Ministry on which the State reserves the right to maintain the confidentiality.
