INTRODUCTION In order to counter the blurring of lines between legitimate news content and divisive propaganda designed to mislead, it is proposed that we change laws to ban publication of known misinformation. ARTICLE I: There are to be laws against the publication of false information, all other information may be published freely -Information which is false and portrayed as an objective truth, i.e separated from claims that are published without imprimatur of truth. -Publication which portrays contrived data, scientific falsehoods, and so forth. -Information which is false and clearly intended to be defamatory, without basis in reality or real happenings, without clarification of purportedness. ARTICLE II: International media content undergoes the same regulation as domestic content. -In order to prevent erstwhile publication of false information from international sources attempting to confound Alorian law |
