| This Declaration of War is officially dated on the 2nd April, 4340 and hereby declares a state of war between the Federal Republic of Kazulia and the Deltarian Empire. The reasons for the declaration of war include: 1) Systematic threats towards the national security of the Great Kalopian Republic 2) Attack against an ally of the Federal Republic of Kazulia 3) Harbouring chemical and biological weapons with the intent of harming others. This Declaration of War shall be carried out by the Defence Force, cessation of hostilities shall be conducted by vote of the Stortinget by a two-thirds (2/3) majority of the Stortinget or by peace accord or treaty to end hostilities. |
