| Although applauding the past effort of the Duma to enforce beneficial behavior among the citizens, it has come to light that the Duma has failed to make any efforts against the issue of adultery. Believing the act of adultery to be a terrible influence on the people of Trigunia, this piece of legislation will henceforth make the issue of adultery illegal. |
