Voting deadline: November 4343
Description[?]:
Francesco di Nacosia-Rohan, Leader of LP: "Mr Speaker, we think that forcing a worker to adhere to this or that organization, or worst, to pay to work or to continue to work is an unfair working condition and an unfair and biased access to work. The current law, furthermore, can promote unfair behaviors, nepotism, favouritism and so on, all behaviors which can only but undermine the equal possibilities that any workers should have in accessing to work. Furthermore, the fact that such kinds of activities are handle by the Trade Unions, which have important social and political involvement, can undermine the rights of workers themself. For all these reasons we propose this bill. Thank you" |
