Dear Colleagues,
As well as helping women, we believe that we should add more acceptance to the LGBT

We can't change who we fall in love with or attracted to. We want this community to feel more involved in our country. This may take time however we should work as a team to alllow them to feel accepted. No one wants to be that person who feels unwanted which is why we should try and accept them

We are in a changing society and need to officially accept these people to keep up with the changing world
