| It is the fundamental responsibility of the government to protect one's person, and property. Unless you believe that governments shouldn't exist in any capacity, this is the most basic form of government responsibility. Especially considering the history of hatred towards the Yeudish people, Beiteynu needs an army. This bill doesn't institute a draft, or conscription. It just puts a voluntary, national army into existence. |
