This Act lays down the legal powers of the monarch which are exercised based entirely on his/her discretion.

Article 1

The monarch shall enjoy the following legal powers which may be exercised entirely at his/her discretion:

- appointment, accreditation and recall of all ambassadors and foreign representatives of the country
- commissioning of all officers of the Great Jelbek Horde (armed forces)

- appointment of the following officials
> all judges serving at the national and provincial levels
> heads of the Prosecution Service
> the heads of the public broadcasting services
> the heads and deputies of the nation's secret security services
> Permanent Secretaries of the Civil Service

the following powers
- approval of deployment of the country's defence forces abroad.
- legal immunity and inviolability of person.
- the right to chair, attend and participate ) in Cabinet meetings.
- the right to appoint governors of the Taghes.

- issuing of Ukaz (Royal Decrees) with the full force of law in areas pertaining to organisation and operation of the public administration
- exercising the prerogative of mercy
- the right to propose and create Royal Commissions of Inquiry.
- possession of a Crown Estate carved out public lands and holdings, whose incomes fund the monarch.
- appointment of royal household officials

Article 2
The monarch may delegate any of his exclusive legal powers to a Cabinet Minister. It shall be considered standard practice that the monarch acts on the advice of the responsible Mnistr although the monarch is free to disregard such advice..

Article 3
All other royal powers not contained in this Bill have to be exercised with the counter-signature of the responsible Ministr.

Article 4
This is a constitutional act to be enacted with a vote of two thirds of all legislators. The same majority is required for any amendments to the Act.
