| All citzenships given under the old law are hereby revoked. Only people who can certifie that they have Solentian blood are allowed to obtain citizenship. All citizenships of holder of at least two citizenships are immidiately revoked. All holder of foreign citizenships within Solentia will be, step by step, concentrated and afterwards deported. |
