Voting deadline: January 4360

Description[?]:

Hereafter the "Environmental Reforms" Act:

"This bill, in all its sections, comes with laws to reinforce the restrictive protocols in regards to industrial pollution. Submitted by the Minister of Environment and Tourism, Antoni Wolanski, who is a member of our party, these laws hope to curb all forms of industrial pollution by an approximate 50%.

Section I—

State-owned industries such as WKN Volantis and Enerwal will be subject to reforms aimed at gradually reducing the nation's reliance on petrol and oil, with other opportunities, such as biofuel, solar energy, wind turbines, and hydroelectric power given more funding and investments.

Section II—

Fracking, both offshore and inland, will be subject to a ban.

Section III—

The reforms outlined above will be executed immediately upon the passing of this bill. The reforms will focus more on funding R&D on greener alternatives, and implementation of such methods.

Section IV—

The private sector will be obliged to follow the same laws outlined above. Failure to do so will result in fines or possible government action, if in extreme circumstances.

This bill is certainly to be controversial to the Sejm, but we are a party of environmentalists. We wish the best for Valruzia's land and people. The first step is cleaning up our fuel and energy sources."

becomes voided and withdrawn from the Official Gazette of the Republic of Valruzia.
