OOC: This is a slightly modified variant of mine and IdioC's revision of 3935 (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=452586) with added Armenian translations of prominent cities. Some cities in the original, such as Hargesia and Diar Elahmar that are both prominent RL cities, have been changed for suitable Armenian names.
