| BE IT ENACTED by His Imperial and Most Illustrous Luthoran Majesty, Heinrich IV, by the Grace of God Kaiser of Hulstria, etc. etc., and His Imperial and Heavenly Majesty, Morihito, by the Will of Heaven Mikado of Gao-Soto, etc. etc., with the advice and consent of the Imperial Diet, and the concurrence of the Council of the Lands, in Imperial Assembly at Kien, and by the authority of the same, as follows: ERLASSEN vom Seiner Kaiserliche und Durchleuchte Luthoranische Majestät, Heinrich IV, vom Gottes Gnaden Kaiser von Hulsterreich, etc. etc., und Seine Kaiserliche und Himmlische Majestät, Morihito, vom Himmels Willen Mikado von Gao-Soto, etc. etc., durch und mit Rat und Zustimming des Reichstages und mit Zustimmung des Länderrates, zu Kien im Reichsversammlung versammelt, und mit desgleichen Gewalt, wie folgt: 1) Amendment to the Basic Law of 4318 Article I(2) of the Basic Law of 4318 is amended by striking the clause from "provision may be made by treaty for the recognition of the citizenship of Ostland-Touryou and the accordance of civil rights to Ostlander citizens resident in the United Imperial Crownlands"; 2) Citizenship route for affected Ostlander residents (1) Those who Ostlander residents who immigrated before the restoration of apartheid in Ostland in 4353 and have maintained residence in the Crownlands for at least 5 years may be granted, by order of the Minister of the Interior, the Crownlander citizenship; |
