| we have repayed most of our debt and believe it is time for us to reform the taxsystem. My ministry has been hard at work thinking of a good structure and we believe that lowering tax for both the rich and the poor is the way forward at this moment. We have a big surplus and are able to pay for this reform which will increase our people's purchasing power drastically and therefor encourage our economic growth in the short and long term.
