| Be it enacted with consent of His Imperial Majesty, and with the approval of the Imperial Diet, that following hereditary noble titles be created and/or bestowed: - The title Count (Gurafu/Graf) of Pfathzburg be bestowed upon the head of Hausu Shānhōsuto, Ostakar bon Shānhōsuto; the title comes with estates in the Crownland of Hulstria; - The title Count (Gurafu/カウント or Hakushaku) of Kamiya be bestowed upon the head of Hausu Kāsutāku-Sagu, Mihyaeru Yohan Kāsutāku-Sagu;the title comes with estates in the Crownland and Free State of Mitania Sutātsuminisutā Otto Rōzenburatto von Hofuman Faruzugurafu bon Flieder |
