Description[?]:

As the geopolitical climate and global tensions clams down posterior to the previous conflict, an existential threat still remains. Rogue nations capable of carrying out a nuclear strike against any nation in the world must be monitored and their action accounted for. Our nuclear capabilities ensures the unknown principle of surprise and mutually assured destruction. The government has not made a consensus on disclosing to the general public on the state of our nuclear programme as it is our belief that the public is truly not ready to know that this nation possess nuclear weapons. The modernisation of our nuclear programme would mean that we would be a step or steps ahead of our enemies and that we will always maintain an edge.

The following proposals are in conjunction with the modernisation of the Kazulian Nuclear Programme:-

The construction or procurement of a ballistic missile submarine. As it stands our nation's nuclear triad consists of silo-based ballistic missiles and aircraft-based cruise missiles. Although the security and secrecy of our silo-based ballistic missiles are not problematic, the security and secrecy of our aircraft-based cruise missiles is problematic. When in international aerospace with one of Kazulia's nuclear cruise missiles, a series of risks emerge. The most prominent being surface-to-air missile sites scattered across the northern and southern hemisphere. These sites bring the fact that our aircraft can be detected and shot down into the equation, thus risking the security of our nuclear capabilities and its secrecy. Through a ballistic missile submarine, security can be maintained as the position of a submarine can be cloaked and its detection can be extremely difficult for an enemy combatant.
