Description[?]:
Giorgia Ciriello, Spokeperson of AR: "Mr Speaker, the health care system of Istalia is one of the most advanced of Terra, but there is a point which can generate serious problems to our citizens: the pharmaceutical drugs policy. Currently, only the low income citizens can have subsides to cover the expenses for medicaments, but we know very well that exist medicaments and drugs treatments which can be very expansive. It is true, Istalia regulate the medicaments prices, but for a medicaments which costs, for example, 2300 LIS each pack, how the state can make drop the price without a serious problem for the producer? Immagine the pack's price, with the regulation, fall to 1500 LIS, well... how a normal citizens, which is not a low income, can afford, maybe each month, or also twice each month, such an expense? For such a treatment that citizen risks to fall in poverty! To take care of its health this person risks to become poor! It is unacceptable." |
