| Article 1:Military 1)Sekowo and Dankuk allowed to station each other's armed forces in their respective territories 2)Sekowo and Dankuk will build military bases in each others' territories 3)Sekowo and Dankuk will allow each other to station Naval Vessels in its territories and waters 4)Sekowo and Dankuk will allow each other to station Aeronautical Vehicles in Sekowo 5)Sekowo and Dankuk will allow each other to station equipment in their territories Article 2:Diplomacy 1)Dankuk and Sekowo will guarantee the sovereignty of each other 2)Dankuk and Sekowo honor each other’s sovereignty 3)Sekowo will join the North Dovani Cooperation Alliance 4)Dankuk and Sekowo will exchange ambassadors and diplomats and will establish means of instant communication 5)Both nations will establish an embassy in the others nation Article 3:Economy 1)Dankuk will invest into Sekowo if allowed by both governments 2)This treaty will allow for formation of free enterprises and companies from Sekowo and Dankuk in their respective jurisdictions 3)This treaty will disallow the usage of tariffs,embargoes,and lall taxation for goods made and exported by both parties 4)This treaty will allow the creation of a free economic zone in North Dovani to build up the economic power of both parties Article 4:Treaty Regulation 1)Both parties must agree to an amendment of this treaty 2)If either party wishes to leave this treaty they must contact the other in 48 hours 3)If either party wishes for an amendment they must give significant reasons why they wish for one |
