| Members of the National Transition Council, Distinguished members of the Duma, I present to you today the formal bill for the establishment of the Transitional Republic of Trigunia, a semi-interim government whose ultimate goal is to, over the course of 5-10 years, establish a socialist republic in Trigunia. When the work is deemed satisfactory, the National Transition Council will be dissolved, and the Trigunian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic will be formed. Upon passage of this bill, the official name of the Grand Princedom of Trigunia will henceforth be called "Transitional Republic of Trigunia".
