Description[?]:

The Government of Hulstria and Mikuni hereby establishes the "Landwirtschaftliche Kreditbank" (Agricultural Credit Bank), or LKB.

Article I: The Land Bank shall serve as an independently-run state-owned NON-PROFIT investment bank to aid in the formation of and advancement of the national agricultural economy and increase the wealth of the farmers/landowners of Hulstria and Mikuni.

Article II: While the LKB shall be and maintain its status as an independent state-owned bank holding company it will report to and is responsible directly to the Ministry of Finance. The management and board of the Land Bank ultimately reports to the the Ministry of Finance, the Government, and the President. The composition of its Board of Directors shall be appointed by the Ministry of Finance and approved by the President.

Article III: The LKB shall have the authority and responsibility therein to invest its defined sums, granted by the Government, to underwrite domestic banks and other investment banks to earn a profit and better Hulstria and Mikuni.

Article IV: Third second year, the LKB shall be audited by the National Audit Office under the power of the Office of the President
