The Trigunians have directly intervened in the situation sending military advisers to the communist factions. Thus, Kazulia must respond through Hybrid warfare:- 1). The Kazulian Government shall, through the Central Committee for Intelligence and Special Operations, sponsor the conservative, democratic movements in Egelion through financial aid. 2). The Kazulian Government shall, through Panthera International, shall operate private military contractors to assist the conservative government of Egelion in their struggle against the communist threat. 3). The Kazulian Government, through the Central Committee for Intelligence and Special Operations, shall train anti-communist factions in Egelion and in a similar manner offer financial aid. 4). The Kazulian Government, through the Defence Intelligence and Security Organisation, shall work to obtain information as to the military planning of the Trigunian military advisers and if necessary remove this substrate from the equation. **The Kazulian government will notify the existence of this legislation. It shall distance itself from the aforementioned entities if it comes to past that the activities of these entities have been tied to the kazulian government with SOLID, FACTUAL information. |
