The Council of Ministers hereby establishes the "Investitsionnaya Korporatsiya Trigunii" (Trigunia Investment Corporation), or INKORP. Article I: The INKORP shall serve as a sovereign wealth fund, a state-owned for-profit investment fund, to aid in the formation of and advancement of the national economy and increase the wealth of Trigunia. Article II: While the INKORP shall be and maintain its status as an independent state-owned investment holding company it will report to and is responsible directly to the Ministry of Finance. The management and board of the INKORP ultimately reports to the the Ministry of Finance, the Council of Ministers, and the Premier. The composition of its Board of Directors shall be appointed by the Ministry of Finance and approved by the President. Article III: The INKORP shall have the authority and responsibility therein to invest its defined sums, granted by the Council of Ministers, in major corporations both foreign and domestic, and other investment opportunities for-profit and betterment of Trgunia. Article IV: Third second year, the INKORP shall be audited by the National Audit Office under the power of the Office of the Premier. |
