Herr Präsident, The government would like to begin in earnest with the reconstruction of the nation. In order to do so, we believe it prudent to return to the basic tenets of partnership, localism and cooperation that have made our economy prosperous in the past. In combination with the necessary restructuring of the public funds towards technology and education, we hereby present a raft of measures to reform the economic law to operate better.
