Part of the OGP plans are to encourage a "1 Million New Businesses Initiative". While Metzists and Communists wish to destroy private ownership to end exploitation, we wish to expand it. The Council of Ministers wishes to encourage the growth of MiSMBs businesses: micro- (<5 employees), small- (<25 employees) and medium-sized (<150 employees) shops, factories, businesses, and enterprises. People are likely to work harder and with greater commitment if they themselves possess the businesses in which they labour or are treated not as an employee or associate but instead as a member of a larger financial family. Creation of the «Конфедерация работодателей» / "Konfederatsiya Rabotodateley" or Confederation of Employers (KONRAB) to represent the interests of its members towards the institutions of the the national Government and offers its members services in the field of public relations. Likewise, qualified positions shall be included within the ranks of the Chamber of Skilled Craftwork (KAMA). Funding to be negotiated. To encourage the establishment and growth of MiSMBs, the Council of Ministers will make available ℜ1,00,000,000 worth of grants, and encourage state/local government tax incentives ensure the development and success of these businesses. |
