| Herr Präsident, As part of the government's ongoing restructuring of the national finances, we are bringing forward this bill to discontinue various expensive programmes that are no longer in keeping with the level of our economy. As prestigious as a space programme and nuclear weapons are, we believe that they are not necessary and the money is better spent elsewhere. Instead, we shall seek international cooperation to replace them, in the context of the Northern Council and our bilateral relations in North Dovani.
