The Unión Demócrata Republicana Confederal supports pet registration and proposes to use the registration fees to pay for facilities for pets (dog parks, dog poo bins, shelter facilities, and many other required facilities), individualised pet registration, staff to support the collection and return of stray animals to owners, pet expos, discounted microchip and desexing days, incentive for new registrations, staff to attend to pet-related nuisance complaints, training courses and programs for animal management, staff to audit domestic animal businesses, consumer protection, animal welfare, and dangerous and restricted breed dog management programs among others. |
