Bill: De-Nationalization Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Kadima Beiteynu

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 4408

Description[?]:

The nationalization of industries is Socialism. Also, to clarify for people who don't know what socialism is: people who want big welfare, high taxes, and high spending are not socialists; they're redistributionists. Socialism is the combination of redistributionism with (more importantly) the mass nationalization of industries. The latter in particular is why truly socialist countries always fail. The government does everything worse than the private sector does. Efficiency is naturally the ultimate goal of all private-sector operations, while the goal of nationalized industries is to bloat themselves and hire un-needed employees in order to acquire more funding from the magic money tree, i.e. the over-taxed Beiteynuese citizens. So, let's take a big step toward ending the reign of terror of bumbling bureaucracies, and a big step for the efficient de-nationalization of industries.

Random fact: The voters enjoy active parties who take upon themselves the initiative to create laws.

Random quote: "Up against the corporate government, voters find themselves asked to choose between look-alike candidates from two parties vying to see who takes the marching orders from their campaign paymasters and their future employers. The money of vested interest nullifies genuine voter choice and trust." - Ralph Nader
