This bill is designed to increase the size as well as the political power of the armed forces of the Arbeiterrepublik Dorvik. The Republic should increase the size and strength of its military in order to effectively defend itself against foreign invasions, as well as play a greater roll in the regions around us.

The bill also allows the private sector to build and manufacture weapons. This is to create a drive to continuously improve and create new weapons so that our country does not fall behind technologically and militarily.

Random quote: "A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun therefore be your constant companion of your walks." - Thomas Jefferson
