| Mr Speaker, It is clear that after three years, the war with Deltaria is going nowhere and that the tense stand off that now exists in southern Jelbania is benefitting no one. That is why as Chairman of the growing Peace Lobby and on behalf of many members of the Z-MJP I call on the Prefect, his cabinet and the leader of our own party to consider options of peace with Deltaria and end the pointless suffering now. In the meantime, and given the success of our last bill, we wish to look at further ways of eliminating the totally barbaric use of land mines, by making their use by our armed forces illegal.
