Currently workers may be fired if they go on strike without a just reason, however nobody controls what these "reasons" are except the employers. Fronte Monarchico propose instead that the state must act as an oversee in order to judge if a worker has been fired with a just reason rather than an arbitrary one. |

Old value:: Employers can fire workers who are deemed to have gone on strike without reasonable reasons.
Current: Employers cannot fire workers who have gone on strike.
Proposed: Government approval is needed before strikers can be fired.
