There are some gifted and talented teens in our country that need time and an opportunity to become tomorrow's leaders. Therefore we ask to introduce a Government supported loan program for students who excel in school tests. Such a loan will be given back once they will finish university and will start working |

Old value:: The government does not subsidize tuition, students must pay for higher education themselves. This does not include scholarship programs.
Current: The government fully subsidizes tuition.
Proposed: The government introduces means tested loans for higher education tuition, to be paid back by students after earnings reach a certain amount.
