Description[?]:

Dear Colleagues,

Considering that it has been many years since we last updated our military forces, I think it time we reallocate existing funds within the Defense Ministry to update existing hardware to better protect our nation's Coastlines, airspace, and territory from Piracy and other such villainy. This will, regrettably, likely be my last action in my long years as Minister of Defense as I have served over 60 years since the Kazulian invasion in 4369. I am now 113 years old and in need of relaxation but can't leave my office in disarray. As a result we among other things need to:

Build up Submarine fleet, frigates destroyers, corvettes,
Design new aircraft like fighters and interceptors,
Improve Tanks and Infrantry retraining

Among these plans are planned exercises in Arctic Ocean and Mountain defense in Wolgwangsudo and Dangmyo

Thank you and Long Live Dankuk Long Live the Empress
