This bill allows death penalty in Lourenne, and extraditions to countries with death penalty The death penalty is used after two capital crimes, and Lourenne will only extradict criminals, if their crime is a crime according to Lourennesse law, unless agreed in a extradition treaty differently, and if they're guiltiness is proven. |
