| Hereby upon passing of this bill the National Intelligence Service (Národní Zpravodajská Služba) or NIS (NZS) shall be created as a branch of the Deltarian Armed Forces. Article 1 -The NZS will protect the integrity of the Deltarian state and ensure the safety of its citizens through covert means. Article 2 -The NZS shall be an independent organization led by a director. This director will be appointed by the Grand Governor and can be Dismissed by the Grand Governor at any given time. Article 3 -The NZS will receive federal funding amounted to around 2 billion DET every year Article 4 -The identity of NZS agents will always be confidential and shall never be released -If a identity is leaked the one responsible for the leak will be trialed in the courts as a traitor of the state Article 5 -NZS agents will receive full cooperation from the federal government in remaining anonymous and executing their job properly Article 6 -The Grand Governor can give orders to the NZS as long as these orders allign with the constitution of the state Article 7 -The NZS is also responsible for protecting the Grand Governor and should do so accordingly Article 8 -NZS agents can have a political affiliation. However this affiliation can never stand in the way of their job. If a political view of a NZS agent is judged to be in conflict with his/her job he or she shall be removed from their position by the director NOTE: This will be the Secret Agency of the Deltarian state. The NZS's responsibility is to protect the state through covert means. |
