| OOC: Please rename the city of Ephraim in O'mer to: Al-Huriya (Liberty City) (http://classic.particracy.net/viewregion.php?regionid=210) IC: Article 1 The Shura hereby approves the sale of 15 square km of land including the abandoned settlements in Ephraim to the Liberty City Project Inc Article 2 The Shura also approves the creation of a private city owned by the Liberty City Project Inc. The city shall enjoy all powers and privileges which all cities in Kafuristan enjoy. Article 3 This agreement can only be ended in accordance with Kafuri contract law or by the repeal of this Act by the Shura. |
