The Augustine Empire of Zardugal has declared war on the United Governorates of Cobura. The Zardugal Government have begun a mass genocide against the minorities in Zardgual especially the Mallans. For this, Cobura and Zardugal are now at war.

The PRL proposes that we set travel restrictions and economic sanctions on Zardugal for their disruption to world peace and the mass killings against the Mallans.
