This Act abolishes previous existing local government structures, and creates a two-tier system of shahrestan and Ostān nationwide across Aldegar.

Elections shall be held for the seats of government in each shahrestan in the year following the passing of this Bill. Elections for the legislatures of each Ostān shall follow the calendar for their legacy satrapy and shall therefore be unchanged.

2. The Markaz (capital city) of the Ostān of Polran shall be move to Kasād as shall all official Polran governance and legislative seatings.
