| Honourable representatives, I hereby declare, on behalf of the Emperor, that the State of Emergency is no longer effective and that the institutions shall function normally again. All exceptional powers rewarded to the government are now repealed. Furthermore, its my pleasure to notify you that His Majesty the Emperor has safely returned to Cobura and is now back in the Triad palace, where he will take up his duties as Head of State.
