Noting how chemical weapons have long been seen as immoral in conventional warfare, Observing how chemical weapons cause those caught in the crossfire to die in horrible, excruciating pain, Seeing that much of the international community has taken steps to reduce or ban entirely chemical weapons, The DSLP hereby proposes that Doglova move forward into banning the use of chemical weapons in warfare, allowing us to become more accepted on the international stage. |
