The New Health Program seeks to improve the health standards of the Nation, reduce the pregnancy rates among teenagers of low-income families, fund abortion in cases of rape for poor people, reduce the drug consumption, enhance the regulation on alcohol and tobacco enterprises, promote sports among the youth and guarantee the access to pharmaceutical drugs for all our citizens.
