Description[?]:
A problem with the Rutanian child benefit welfare exists: As a family can get benefit from give birth to many childrens, which limits education single childrens gets from their parents. By only give child benefit to the poor and low-income families, the reward for the families that "overbirth" is removed, the economical support will be instead given to families in urge. The cost for child benefit will be also decreased, which partly solve the problem with higher expenses than revenue of the national budget. Every Rutanian citizen should only be awarded by work, if they don't have disabilities and had the possibility given by the society to work. "Overbirthing" children shouldn't be the alternative. |
