Description[?]:
Silvia Santarelli, AR: "Mr Speaker, I'm proposing this bill to free Istalia from chemical and biological weapons. These weapons are among the worst ever produced which overcome all the horors that a war can bring with. I think they are useless tactically as well as strategically. They are just weapons to instill terror and dismay to the enemy but that can generate enormous domages to the civilians as well as to the territories, unjustificable domages. The war is already a terrible affairs, why to worsen it using armaments that should be consider as criminal weapons? We have to ban it and set an example for the world! At the same time, however, we have to enhance our deterrent capabilities setting the right to use our nuclear arsenal to respond to nuclear, chemical or biological attack against us as well as we have to enhance our military capabilities in clearly allowing the military to use drone's to any kind of operation." |
