Bill: Special Police Fire Arms Units Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Ducal Delegation
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 2201
Description[?]:
Organised crime is becoming more and more violent, and to tackle it, it would be prudent to arrange for the establishment of highly-trained, specialist fire arms units within the police service, which could be called upon in certain extreme situations to give the conventional police forces the back-up they need. The lives and welfare of police officers are at stake here: we need to give them the tools to do their job. Percy Waterman (Personal Secretary to the Grand Duke of Hikirena) |
