By the passage of this motion, the government shall provide funding for a new intelligence force which shall investigate all activities deemed Anti-Thallerist.

The ATAIB shall employ specialists in matters of Thallerism which shall classify cases of Anti-Thallerism on a scale from 1 to 5.

The ATAIB is ensured a large sum of money for all activities.

The ATAIB is to be placed directly under the command of the King of Narikaton, in cases in which the king is unable to command the general secretary of family affairs shall assume command. If the general secretary is also unavailable the Minister of Defence shall ensure that current operations are either maintained or halted.

The ATAIB has access to all classified files.

The ATAIB may hurt the civil liberties of our citizens in a case of a anti-thallerist threat or during an on-going investigation.
