| The Repubblica Istaliana and the United Solentian Republic agree in a spirit of mutual trust that differences and problems shall always be solved peacefully and in the spirit of the Istalian-Solentian treaty of friendship both countries aim at an evercloser cooperation across all political issues while acknowleding the differences and unique cultural and poltical differences as well and respecting the sovereignity of each other. Both nations are committed towards peace in Majatra and across terra and will work together to achieve the goal of terranwide peace and freedom for all people while also respecting each others sovereignity. Mutual help in times of need is emphasized again. Solentia therefore promises, building upon Istalian support to further uphold the border controls and to cooperate to the fullest extend to bring terrorists and criminals to justice while interruptions to trade and transport are aimed to be kept at an absolut minimum. Solentia and Istalia promise to insitute visa free entry for students which want to study up to two semesters in the other nation. In the case of Solentia the ministry for internal affairs will immidiately execute the new set of rules. Both nations also will set up a permanent committe between the Solentian and Istalian ministry of infrastructure to prepare a joint port project and a joint electricity grid and coordinated planning in terms of rail tracks and motorways. Istalia also will support Solentia with expertise to allow Solentia to upgrade all motorways to four-lane traffic. Solentia promises to finally upgrade all its motorways and railways until the year 4480. Should the project of a tunnel under the mountains between the two countries become reality: Solentia promises to participate in the costs. Istalia also pledges to allow Solentia full commercial access to its conventional military products which Solentia again pledges only to use for its own protection. Solentia sees its role in the continous mediation between the Consortium Alliance and will therefore aim to become a associated member of this alliance while firmly aiming at an evercloser friendship with Istalia. |
