Dear Storting,

the National Purity Congress has decided to propose a new act directed against immoral and explicit display.

The Public Morality and Decency Act I will ban any sexually implicit acts as well as any forms of nudity and indecent exposure in public on national level, on pain of fines and imprisonment.

The NPC deems such an act as necessary to enforce basic standards of decency and morality on our streets.
