Details

Submitted by[?]: Nationalrejnhedskongress (NPC)

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 4468

Description[?]:

Dear Storting,

the National Purity Council sees the need for a system which allows quick procession of evidence on crime sites for the purpose of effective identification and trackdown of criminals, especially serial killers. Therefore, a national DNA bank is to be created, where tissue samples of all citizens and foreigners entering the country for significant periods of time will be stored. This will also make search-and-rescue operations effective.

Along with that, the carrying of personal identification cards will be made mandatory for all citizens.

SIGNED,
Theodor Lynden Frankenstein,
General Chairman of the National Purity Council
