| Kazulia considers Civil defence vital to protect the citizens of a state (generally non-combatants) from military attacks and natural disasters; especially when it's termed in our country as "Total Defense", referring to the commitment of a wide range of resources of the nation to its defence - including to civil protection. As such KD believes it would be in everyone's best interests if the government were to take a more important role to establish shelters, citing that local governments aren't enough to ensure such safety when it comes to availability and quality. |
